The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical submissions that do not meet the minimum requirements will be rated as “Unacceptable” and will no longer be considered for further competition or award. The award decision may be made based on the length of time required to provide the required equipment. Please provide your best and fastest schedule.
