Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable offulfilling this requirement. Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (CAGE Code90099) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns theproprietary data - including drawings, equipment, and approved processes -required to perform this work. A Solicitation will be availbale on or around 07/14/2022. Justification andApproval for Sole Source will be posted prior to that date.
