Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (CAGE Code 90099) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data - including drawings, equipment, and approved processes - required to perform this work. A Solicitation will be availbale on or around 05/09/2022. Justification and Approval for Sole Source will be posted prior to that date.
