This requirement is to rent equipment for hydraulic flushing from approximately 1/4/22-9/5/22 to support the full Ship's Service System flush on a Virginia class submarine. This is an urgent requirement with a short suspense, FAR 12.106-3 see attached justificaiton. Full schedule and SF1449 in the attachments. Due on December 10 at 200PM eastern. Must have full specification sheets for the equipment for technical evaluation as well as full cost sheets for all CLINs for price evaluation. Failure to provide Spec sheets and cost sheets will exclude the quote from evaluation.
