This requirement is for a fixed price contract for Planisware software license renewal and additional Team/Contributor and Collaborator licenses for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF in accordance with the Attachment 1. The period of performance is 15 July 2022 to 14 July 2023. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resultant contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Planisware USA, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The requirement is sole sourced to Planisware USA, Inc. due to the proprietary nature of the software. All quotes must be sent via email to lisa.fielding@navy.mil. Quotes shall include delivered price(s), a point of contact, name and phone number, CAGE Code, business size under NAICS Code 511210, and payment terms. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements. Quotes must be received no later than July 1, 2022 at 1:00 pm EST.
