This requirement is for a fixed price contract for the renewal of database subscriptions to support Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNY), and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY). The estimated period of performance is January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 with one option period, January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resultant contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Inventory Locator Service, LLC, (ILS) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The requirement is sole sourced to ILS due to the proprietary nature of the software.
