This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on beta.SAM.gov. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904022Q0040. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2021-0520. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 532490 and the Small Business Standard is $35 million. This is for a rental of Low Pressure Air Compressor (LPAC) system with a Period of Performance from 11/30/2021 – 1/31/2022 with one (1) option with a Period of Performance from 2/1/2022 – 2/7/2022 located at New London Detachment Groton, CT Submit attached Request for Quote when submitting quotes and all technical specifications and brochures as they will be reviewed in order to make sure that they are within the specifications outlined in the RFQ. All quotes shall include price(s), a point of contact, name, email address, phone/FAX number, CAGE Code, technical specifications of units offered (including brand), business size under the NAICS Code, and payment terms.
