This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N3904022PSE2142. This requirement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 (Effective 05/01/2022) and DFARS Change Notice 20220428 (Effective 04/28/2022). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The small business size standard is 1,500 Employees. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resulted contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Curtiss-Wright EMC. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) is tasked to restore and upgrade the Secondary Propulsion Unit Rotary Deployment Mechanism (RDM); which includes the Training Motor and Rotary Joint on a Virginia class submarine at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME. The Period of Performance is 02/01/2023 - 12/01/2023.
