This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N3904022PSE2005. This requirement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 (Effective 05/01/2022) and DFARS Change Notice 20220318 (Effective 03/18/2022). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resulted contract on a Sole Source basis to Basler Electric Company (CAGE: 97520). Basler Electric shall inspect, report, make approved repairs and test SSTG No. 2 Voltage Regulator Panel for a U.S. Navy Vessel at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The Voltage Regulator requires repair, and operational testing when repairs are complete. All actions and unit need to be performed and returned to PNS by 06/30/2022.
