Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking to identify sources capable of supporting a Firm Fixed Price contract for the rental of (8) eight Portable Restrooms w/containment pans with 3x weekly servicing at Point Loma Naval Base San Diego Ballast Point San Diego CA 92106, POP: 07/011/2022 to 04/02/2023 with (1) one option or 04/03/2023 to 05/01/2023. This sources sought notice is a market research tool being utilized to identify potential and eligible firms capable of providing these services prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). As such, all interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
