This is a presolicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the presolicitation notice. This is a presolicitation notice for a Total Small Business Set Aside Requirement for a Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA) to be put in place to support the requirements of the NAVSUP Weapon System Support (WSS) HX Program for the five (5) year period beginning 2022 through 2027. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332722. The small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees and this solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate and award multiple BOA orders to small businesses by authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1. The BOA could result in agreements with multiple BOA holders. The schedule will be negotiated prior to award. Anticipated performance is a five (5) year period beginning 2022 through 2027 upon contract award. The solicitation will be made available electronically upon its release. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the posting of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice.
