This Sources Sought announcement is published for market research purposes only. Provided for review only are the following DRAFT document: DRAFT Performance Work Statement* Attachments A and D *At a later date, Attachments B and C, and an actual solicitation may to be posted to the Government Point of Entry, GPE, at beta.SAM.gov. with an official Solicitation number, RFQ Form, and a final Statement of Work. The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the Draft Statement of Work under NAICS Code 238990. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS Code is $16.5 Million. This Notice should NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor to ultimately award a contract.
