This requirement is for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform the services. CEPEDA Associates has not authorized the use of their drawings by any third party. CEPEDA Associates. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit for the repair and maintenance of Scrubbers and Burners of the CO/H2 system aboard a US Navy Ship. This requirement is to provide the services of a qualified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) representative to test and repair the Scrubbers and Burners of the CO/H2 system. The proposed contract action is available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Navy's requirements. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. CEPEDA Associates owns the proprietary equipment, proprietary drawings and is experienced in performing the appropriate procedures and services required. CEPEDA Associates the only vendor that has performed this particular repair and able to accomplish the requirement procedures. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
