This is a solicitation for a SOLE SOURCE requirement for the rental of Hakitec temporary roofing system to Brandsafway Services LLC The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532490. The Small Business Size Standard is 32.5.0 Million and this solicitation is a SOLE SOURCE. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate and award a contract with Brandsafway Services LLC on a sole source basis by authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. In accordance with the attached SOW Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
