This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N3904021Q4194. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-05 and DFARS Change Notice 20210603. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The small business size standard is 41.5 million. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resultant contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Planisware USA, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The requirement is sole sourced to Planisware USA, Inc. due to the proprietary nature of the software. *Reference Attachments: 1) N3904021Q4194.xls 2) Sole Source Justification This requirement is for a fixed price contract for Planisware professional services to provide software support, software upgrade, training and enhancement services for the configurations made to the Planisware software licensed by Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.
