Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to SOLE SOURCE to Curtiss-Wright for the removal of two (2) existing HPACs installed; reinstallation of two (2) new HPACs and Testing. Curtiss-Wright is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and owns the proprietary right to the HPAC’s. They are the only qualified and approved vendor to perform the needed repairs of the equipment thus dissolving any other vendors from performing this requirement. The NAICS code is 333415 and the Size Standard is 1,250 employees. This is for removal of two (2) existing Model AA + HPACs installed shipboard. Disassembly and reassembly will be required to facilitate offloading with a Period of Performance from 9/20/2021 – 10/22/2021. Install of two (2) supplied replacement Model AA + HPACs with a Period of Performance from 9/26/2022 – 10/31/2022. Lastly the testing of the equipment on shipboard between 1/2/2023 – 1/31/2023.
