This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this solicitation. This is a solicitation for a SOLE SOURCE requirement for Teikoku USA, Inc., for the purchase of a TEIKOKU/CHEMPUMP G SERIES; P/N GC-3K-3S REQUIRED. The work will take place at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) in Kittery, Maine and at the Contractor’s facility. The anticipated Delivery Date will be 12 weeks from this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333996, Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing and this solicitation is a SOLE SOURCE. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate and award a contract with Teikoku USA, Inc. on a sole source basis by authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1.
