In accordance with the attached Request for Quotation and Statement of Work, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requires the inspection of the CO H2 Scrubber and Burner equipment onboard a Los-Angeles class submarine. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. CEPEDA Associates, Inc (Cage Code: 60756) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data - including drawings, equipment, and approved processes - required to perform this work.
