In accordance with the attached Request for Quotation and Statement of Work, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requires the inspection of the COH2 Scrubber and Burner equipment onboard a Los Angeles-class submarine. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. CEPEDA Associates, Inc. (Cage Code 60756) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data – including drawings, equipment, and approved processes – required to perform this work.
