This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 541512. The small business size standard is 30 million. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resultant contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Activu Corporation in accordance with both FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The requirement is sole sourced to Activu Corporation due to internal copyright issues, proprietary software distribution, and availability of replacement parts. (See the attached Justification for Sole Source). This requirement is for a fixed price contract for Activu Video Display System preventative maintenance at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The period of performance is 1/25/2021 – 1/24/2022 and three Option years. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.
