Under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. SIEMENS is the Origional Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM) of the CAD/CAM software used (NX 1847) and the only authorized distributor or technical representitive for the OEM.
