The Statement of Work was updated and is highlighted in yellow and magementa on pg. 5 and 6. The closing date still remains to be on 5/5/2021 @ 12pm EST. Amendment 1 is to change the period of performance on CLIN 1001 from 6/28/2022 – 1/10/2023 to 6/28/2022 - 2/3/2023. An updated RFQ has been attached under N3904021Q0178 VAC Recovery Unit REV 1. Extend the Closing date from 4/30/2021 to 5/5/2021 at 12pm EST. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2020-0114. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
