Per NAVSEA direction in Authorized Work... This is a sources sought notice for the testing of two (2) RIX HPAC Compressors. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the two HPAC’s is Rix Industries. Per NAVSEA direction in Authorized Work Package (AWP), “HPAC’s are both being replaced / restored in AWP” All technical documentation and drawings are proprietary property of Rix Industries. No other known vendor poses the required knowledge and technical expertise to perform this work. Currently, RIX is the only entity authorized to perform overhaul/maintenance and properly test the RIX HPAC Compressors. If any other capable vendors are able to complete this requirement and have documentation showing authorization from RIX to complete this work, please reach out to Kayla Kuta at kayla.r.kuta@navy.mil.
