PRESOLICITATION NOTICE N3904020RC00202 This is a presolicitation notice for a SOLE SOURCE requirement for INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INTERNATIONAL annual software subscription update for the Virtual Reality Crane Simulators. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519. The small Business Size Standard is 30 Million and this solicitation is a SOLE SOURCE. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate and award a contract with INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INTERNATIONAL. on a sole source basis by authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1. (Sole Source Justification attached) This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. The schedule will be negotiated prior to award. Interested entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
