Amendment 2 is to extend the due date for the solicitation to 9/24/2020 @ 12pm and to include Q&A from industry. Currently trying to locate the serial numbers for the Lablond Lathe machines for more accurate pricing. Amendment 1 is to replace the DRAFT RFQ Attachment with the Approved RFQ Attachment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for repair of three (3) Lablond Lathes. The vendor will be responsible for the removal, rigging, transportation and reinstallation for all three (3) lathes. The principle place of performance will be at the awardee location. The transportation cost to and from the vendor location should be included in the breakdown of each Item number. Please review to the three Attached Performance Work Statement. One for each of the lathes. Please fill out the Attached RFQ and return no later than 9/20/2020 at 12:00pm.
