This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial requirement prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented by Part 13, and with additional information attached to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333415. The small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees and this solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate and award a contract with a vendor that can provide Brand-Name Mandatory Items in accordance with Attachment 2 (Brand Name Mandatory Justification). This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. This is a commercial requirement for supplies detailed in Attachments 1-5 for delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The expected delivery date is by 8/02/2021. The deadline for receipt of questions is July 07, 2020 by 10:00 am EST. Although every effort will be made, the Government makes no guarantee that questions received after the date above will be answered.
