No solicitation is av... Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) intends to solicit quotes for a large, relocatable metal structure at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS). This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. No solicitation is available at this this, and unsolicited quotes are not being accepted. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) intends to solicit price quotes for material parts, installation, and delivery in Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS), Kittery, ME area as specified and inaccordance with the DRAFT Performance Work Statement. The estimated Period of Performance (POP) dates are metal modular structure components shall be delivered no later than 12 weeks after contract award. A fully, erected and operational metal modular building that includes compliant electrical lighting and fire suppression shall be completed no later than September 1, 2020. The requirement will be set-aside as a Small Business Set-Aside action under NAICS code 332311, Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 750. See the attached DRAFT specifications for more information. The final Performance Work Statement will be made available at a future date along with a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A solicitation is expected to be on or around March 5, 2020.
