The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capability to remove, overhaul, and re-install the Motor/Generator Skid for the Stiff Leg Derrick (SLD) crane at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. This is for planning purposes only to allow in accordance with FAR 15.201 (b) potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government’s requirements. It does NOT constitute a solicitation and shall NOT be construed as a commitment by the government to award a contract from this announcement. The government is NOT seeking proposals at this time and unsolicited proposals will not be accepted.
