This Sources Sought announcement is published FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The results of this market research will be used to help identify sources under NAICS Code 532490 that are capable of providing the required rental equipment. This announcement should NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach, or otherwise reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The attached Statement of Work/Specification is a draft for review. A new, revised Statement of Work/Specification may be issued with a solicitation at a later date. In accordance with FAR 15.202(e), responses to this notice are NOT offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Only responders who meet the following criteria should respond to this sources sought notice: 1. Meets ALL specifications outlined in the attached document. 2. Anticipates availability of on-site equipment during the stated period(s) of performance. 3. Has an active CAGE Code with the System for Award Management (SAM). 4. Does not appear on the Excluded Parties List. Responses should include the following information: 1.
