This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for FULL and OPEN COMPETITION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is N3904019Q0313 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 2019-0215. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333413. The SMALL Business Size Standard is 500 employees and this solicitation is FULL and OPEN COMPETITION for (30 EA) 140 CFM HEPA FILTERS. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate, and award, a contract on a LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE on a FULL and OPEN COMPETITION basis. This requirement is for a fixed price contract.
