The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611699. The small Business Size Standard is $11M and this solicitation is a Brand Name Mandatory. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate and award a contract on a brand name mandatory basis for NAVSEA Certified Fiber Optic Trainers List (CFOTL). (Justification & Approval for Use of Other Than Full and Open Competition attached) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor – defined as being listed on the NAVSEA Certified Fiber Optic Trainers List (CFOTL), having met all requirements identified in NAVSEA Drawing 8477552 Rev. B, and in receipt of a Notification of Certification from NAVSEA. The offeror must quote on an all or none basis. Only one contract will be awarded. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Quotes will be received by FBO only.
