No solicitation is available at this time, and unsolicted quotes are not being accepted. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) intends to solicit price quotes for thirty-two (32) long-term double-occupancy lodging rentals/leases in the Kittery, ME area, as specified in, and in accordance with, the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). The estimated base Period of Performance (POP) dates are from 5/3/19 - 10/31/19, following which there will be three (3) one-month Options to Extend from 11/1/19 - 11/30/19, 12/1/19 - 12/31/19, and 1/1/20 - 1/31/20. Please see attached DRAFT SOW for more information. The final SOW will be made available at a future date along with the Request for Quotation (FRQ). A soliciation is expected to be issued on or around 4/19/19. This requirement will be procured as a Small Business Set-Aside action under NAICS 721110.
