This Sources Sought announcement is published FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The results of this market research will be used to help identify sources under NAICS Code 532490 that are capable of providing the required rental equipment. This announcement should NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach, or otherwise reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) is a DRAFT version for review only. A revised, finalized version of the SOW may be issued with an official solicitation at a later date. In accordance with FAR 15.202e, responses to this notice are NOT offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Only Responders who meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice: 1. Able to meet ALL specifications outlined in the attached Draft Statement of Work document. 2. Anticipates availability of on-site equipment during the stated period of performance (FOB Delivery Location and Place of Performance: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME; Estimated POP: 09/16/2019 - 09/15/2020 with an option to 01/16/2021). 3. Has an active CAGE Code with the System for Award Management (SAM). 4. Does not appear on the Excluded Parties List. Responses should include the following information: 1. Responder's Company name, DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax Identification Number 2. Responder's contact information including P.O.C. name, street address, telephone number, email address, fax number. 3. Responder's Capabilities Statement 4.
