Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is looking to secure an audio/visual company to assist our apprentice graduation: 1) AUDIO requirements: Microphone setup on PNS-supplied podium; Speakers to play audio from presenters at podium, as well as national anthem and intermittent background music. Minimum 4 Loud Speakers (Must be heard clearly from up to 300’ away from audio source); Ability to broadcast above content via FM transmitter (Qty 1 FM Transmitter) 2) VIDEO requirements: Record the ceremony and provide recordings to PNS upon completion of event; Ability to show presenters on a screen, to be visible from up to 300’ away, in dusk conditions. LED Light wall (Jumbotron) needed, with ability to be height and angle adjustable in place; Ability to play PNS-supplied pictures and videos individually or on a loop, as needed. 3) LIGHTING requirements: Sufficient lighting to provide safe conditions for people on stage and visibility for photography. 4) STAGE requirements: Portable stage and roof, minimum 24’x30’ ***Required Delivery Date is 2023/08/25, complete set up by 10:00AM***
