All other information remains the same and unchanged. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HRMC-025-24. The tentative period of performance (PoP) is 25 MARCH 2024 - 31 JULY 2024. The required work shall take place at the contractor's facility. The contractor must possess the resources and facilities to perform work on the island of Oahu. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-Q-0022. Proposals will be due on 18 MARCH 2024 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and the secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2024-02, DFARS (01/22/2024) and NMCARS 18-22. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is J020 - maintenance/repair/rebuild of equipment- ship and marine equipment. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. Please note the following for N32253-24-Q-0022: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated.
