IMPORTANT NOTE: All offerors, including prospective joint ventures, MUST have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://sam.gov), at time of offer submission and at time of contract award, to be considered for award of any U.S. DoD contract. To register in SAM, offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code (U.S. firms) or a NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) code (foreign firms). The SAM requirement applies to all contract awards, regardless of the country where the work is performed.
