This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for construction and facility projects at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, and other locations. The work includes sustainment, restoration, modernization, demolition, repair, and new construction for various facilities. Projects will be executed through firm-fixed-price task orders under either a Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build model. The performance locations are Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti; Camp Simba and Manda Bay, Kenya; and Somalia. Proposals must be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation Module.
