The reason for this Amendment is to provided the Government's responses to the 41 PPIs received. **** ***The Pre-proposal Powerpoint presentation and the Attendance Roster have been uploaded in PIEE under under Solicitation # N3319124RS0014*** This project will repair electrical distribution substations at NSA Souda Bay, Crete, Greece. It includes six (6) substations (SS2, SS4, SS5, SS6, SS7 and SS9) and one (1) Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear (SS7A) which are approaching the end of their service life. Substation equipment and electrical items to include but not limited to existing substation ring main units (RMUs), transformers secondary circuit breaker cabinet combination and substation cabling shall be replaced. New dry-type transformers, Medium Voltage (MV) & Low Voltage (LV) switches, outdoor enclosures, Capacitor Bank, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters, reconfiguration of existing AMI meters, grounding, protective relaying, other electrical items and civil work are required for complete and usable substations. Award will be made in U.S. Dollars. In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

This Electrical Substation Repairs (Design-Build) Project will repair electrical distribution substations at NAVSUPPACT Souda Bay by replacing six (6) substations and one (1) Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear which are approaching the end of their service life. The project includes replacement of existing substation ring main units (RMUs), transformers and secondary circuit breaker cabinet combination. New dry-type transformers, MV and LV switches, outdoor enclosures, Capacitor Banks, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters and reconfiguration of existing AMI meters shall be provided. This project will also replace Medium Voltage (MV) wiring throughout the installation distribution network. All new equipment will be installed at the location of the prior equipment. New layout is to be designed to incorporate existing civil infrastructure, low voltage wiring to Facilities, and grounding system to the maximum extent possible. A provision for temporary backup power may be required.
