The intention of this Solicitation is to aw ard a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for execution of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders for construction services w ithin the NAVFAC Romania geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR). The work under this contract w ill consist primarily of renovation, repair, maintenance, replacement, alteration, demolition and tasks involving specialty trades including electrical, mechanical, painting, paving, flooring, roofing, structural repair, fencing, HVAC, and fire suppression/protection systems installation. This procurement w ill be solicited as an unrestricted competitive solicitation for construction services. The NAICS is 236220; the PSC is Z2JZ. This indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract is limited to a maximum of 60 months (consisting of one 12-month base period and four potential 12-month option periods) or a total maximum value of $20,000,000 over the life of the contract, whichever comes first. The guaranteed minimum for this contract is $5,000.
