Amendment 4 The guaranteed minimum dollar value of work which will be required under this contract, and which will be initiated by one or more task orders, will not be less than $5,000.00 and will be met with the award of the first task order awarded simultaneously at the time of the IDIQ award. This guaranteed minimum will be awarded in the base year only and not in the subsequent option years. Upon the award of a task order for a project that exceeds the minimum guarantee, the minimum guarantee task order will be deducted to $0 and will not be invoiced. No other changes and no proposal revisions are required other than acknowledgement to Amendment 4 noted above. Please provide acknowledgement to Amendment 4 via email concurrence to Magdalena Guerra at magdalena.guerra@eu.navy.mil and Alex Wingert at Alex.Wingert@eu.navy.mil. -break- The purpose of Amendment Three is to provide response to PPI’s. -break- The purpose of Amendment Two is to provide response to PPI's and revise paragraph 1.2 SOCIETA’ ORGANISMI D’ATTESTAZIONE (SOA) CERTIFICATION. The proposal due date is hereby extended to no later than 16 April 2021 at 13:00 Central European Time (CET). Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPI) regarding the solicitation shall be submitted no later than 9 April 2021. -break- The purpose of Amendment One is to provide response to PPI’s and correct paragraph 1.6 Instructions for the Submission of Offers to read N3319121R4005 as the solicitation number. The Government is allowing a time extension for the submittal of the Price and Non-Price Proposal to no later than 8 April 2021 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET).
