This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract modification to increase the capacity of an existing Job Order Contract. The modification will increase the contract ceiling by $9.6 million, from $75 million to $84.6 million. The work is for mission-essential services at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. The government intends to award a follow-on contract before the beginning of the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. This is not a request for proposals, and no award will be made based on responses to this notice.
