The proposal due date and time are unchanged. All provisions and clauses are unchanged. See Attachments section for amendment and ELIN schedule. ***************************************************** Notice of Other than Full and Open Competition: Competition for this requirement is limited to companies based either in the United States or Iceland, as permitted by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(4) and implemented by FAR 6.302-4; International Agreement. Only companies based in the United States or Iceland are eligible to compete for this requirement. Submissions by companies incorporated outside of either the United States or Iceland will not be reviewed. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and associated labor necessary to provide vehicle leases. The contractor shall perform services required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the terms and conditions under the associated solicitation and resulting contract. The Contractor shall lease vehicles to the United States Government. The primary purpose of the vehicles is to provide transportation of personnel and equipment. The Government will not take title of the vehicles. The Contractor shall deliver the vehicles to, and pick up the vehicles from the Keflavik airport.
