INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) DESIGN-BID/DESIGN-BID-BUILD MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, REPAIR, AND DEMOLITION OF FACILITIES, WATERFRONT, AIRFIELDS OR OTHER RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE PRIMARILY LOCATED IN THE NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY (NSA), ITALY Area of responsibility (AOR). The duration of the contract will be for a single Base Period of five (5) years, i.e., a total of 60 months, or a total aggregate value of Not To Exceed (NTE) $95,000,000 for all MACC task orders awarded across all contractors, whichever comes first. All task orders will be awarded in U.S. Dollars. The minimum guarantee for each offeror awarded a contract is $5,000 over the five (5) year period. Task order range is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT), Naples, Italy plans to issue a single Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Solicitation that will result in approximately five (5) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) for primarily Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples and surrounding areas to include NSA Gaeta, Admiral Carney Park in Pozzuoli, Mount Camaldali Radio Site and Satellite Receiver Site in Lago Patria and throughout the NAVFAC EURAFCENT area of responsibility. The countries that fall within NAVFAC EURAFCENT's area of responsibility (AOR) are, but not limited to,: Italy, Spain, Egypt, Djibouti, Bahrain, Iceland, Poland, Romania and Greece. The purpose of this procurement is to provide a contract vehicle for the multiple Sustainment, Restoration and Maintenance (SRM), Special Projects, Energy projects and other construction or repair projects for FY 2023 through FY 2027 located at NSA Naples and throughout the NAVFAC EURAFCENT AOR (subject to the Chief Contracting Officer’s approval). Construction projects to be performed will primarily consist of general building type projects (new construction, renovations, alterations, demolition, repair work, and any necessary design) including: waterfront, pier, quay, industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, infrastructure, administrative, training, retail, food service, dormitory, community support facilities and both vertical and horizontal construction for Department of Defense activities in the Naples area managed by Public Works Department (PWD) Naples.
