See amendment attached for details. **Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is revise the RFP and answer PPI. Please see Amendment 0002 and related attachment in the attachment section. *Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to postpone the pre-proposal conference and site walk until further notice. Please see Amendment 0001 in the attachment section. This acquisition will result in the award of one design-bid-build contract to repair, reconfigure and modernize the mission critical systems (Conveying, Fire Protection, Mechanical and Electrical Systems) in various buildings at Naval Support Activity Naples (Capodichino) Italy, in order to rectify single point of failures, vulnerabilities and replacement of facility components due to age, condition, and functionality. Work consists of: Major electrical upgrades (critical electrical distribution, generator(s) replacement, grounding ring installation, UPS replacement, installation of surge protection), elevator replacement, chiller replacements, HVAC upgrades, fire protection upgrades (example: isolation valves and emergency electrical disconnects) and the demo/movement/construction of restrooms.
