Job Order Contract (JOC) for construction services in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates The work under this contract will consist primarily of renovation; repair; maintenance; replacement; alteration; demolition; and NAVFAC construction category II, III, and IV tasks in the Kingdom of Bahrain and United Arab Emirates. This indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract is limited to a maximum of 60 months (consisting of one 12-month base period and four potential 12-month option periods) or total maximum value of $75,000,000.00 over the life of the contract, whichever comes first. The guaranteed minimum for this contract is $5,000.00.
