This project provides the installation, repair, and/or replacement of various concrete headwalls at existing stormwater culverts using conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the mission at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Additionally, stormwater channels will be cleaned and stabilized within a limited distance of headwalls. The intent of the project is to repair existing deterioration of stormwater structures and reduce the likelihood of future erosion at culvert headwalls.
