Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires one (1) time charter tug, twin-screw or better, to support the Government's requirements in Mayport, Florida, and surrounding waters in support of emergency movements in the event of hurricanes and other inclement weather requiring vessel evacuations. The tug will be required for one (1) firm period starting on 01 June 2019 - 30 November 2019 (183 days). NOTE: Solicitation # DODAC is incorrect here. The correct soliciation # should be: N32205-19-R-3515, which is found on the RFP.
