Are you replacing an existing unit? If so, is the make and model the suggested option? if not please provide all make & model information. What is the heat load or source of heat in watts/hr or Btu/hour? What is the actual temperature set point(s) required? What actual flow rate does the application require? What is the pressure differential across the application? To answer these questions, please see the attached datasheet, titled, Coherent Data Sheet. ALL interested vendors should use the specifications outlined for the HighLight FL10000 laser (page 4). This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 423610. Offerors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. All offers must also have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. No third party vendors (foreign or domestic) are accepted with NMRC unless otherwise stated. Pricing should be submitted for the following items needed: 1. HRSH250-WN-40-AKM (inverter type chiller to cool the laser) - QTY: 1/EA. 2. HRS040-WN-20-M (standard chiller to cool the fiber-optic head) - QTY: 1/EA. 3. HRS-PF005 - circulating fluid filter - QTY: 2/EA. 4. HRS-S0212 Y strainer for HRSH - QTY: 1/EA. 5. FQ1011N-04-T020-B-X6 Strainer filter for HRS - QTY: 1/EA.
