Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform these services. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. All offers must have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov. NMRC's Bone Marrow Research Program is in need of: 1. Preventative Maintenance on its Biomek FXp Dual Arm Liquid Handling System; S/N: A318440701; QTY: 1. The selected vendor must provide preventative maintenance and temporary replacement of the Biomek system if unable to repair on-site. Period of performance for this contract is 12 months (September 29, 2025 - September 28, 2026) for the service plan including 1 Preventative Maintenance per service year, per unit.
