Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. You must registrater and have a WAWF account to do business with the US Navy. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. BSC Semi-Annual Preventive maintenance (Cleaning) - Occurs twice per contract year - Thoroughly clean and disinfect all BSCs using proper and approved disinfectants and cleaning methods. -Includes all materials necessary to complete, gowning supplies, gloves, approved cleaning agents, etc. -Remove panels and grills where applicable and accessible -Disinfect all surfaces and the panel/grill of the BSC thoroughly by spraying/wetting with an appropriate amount of disinfectant and allow to stand for the label-specified contact time before wiping Qty 64 4.BSC an LAFH Semi-Annual Preventive maintenance (Operation and Functions Check) - Occurs twice per contract year, once during annual certification - Minor adjustments as applicable to maintain peak performance - Where accessible - inspection of; - Motors, blowers, sensors, dampers,controllers, window slides, buttons ,electrical components, wires, terminal blocks, switches, fuses, control boards, power cords, sash, window balance, cords, pullies, springs, housings, safety alarms, line voltages etc. Qty 78 5.
